Problem in starting tomcat server

Hello Friends,
I have Tomcat 4.1 installed on windows 2K with JDK 1.3.
I have set the CATALINA_HOME.
Is it necessary to set any classpath sor starting the server.
I'm getting the following exception :
Please guide me ..

On Googling i found a solution to reinstall tomcat in a directory path with no spaces in the name.

I'll try that in my home tonight..
