Regarding Other products License in Tomcat

Hi, I am using netcharts for charting engine. it is trail licensed version. When I am trying to run that product on Tomcat. It is telling license file is not found. Where should I need to keep the license file in Tomcat. Generally Where will we keep the license sort of files in Tomcat.
Can you please help me out in this regarding
....

I would read the netcharts documentation to see where it's looking for the license.

If it's looking on the classpath, you could put it in WEB-INF/classes.
