We have 3 server(Web1,Web2&Web3).We are redirecting the some services of Web3 on Web1.Since the Web1 is also having these service we want it should point to Web1 server rather than web3 server. When i try to copy the Virtual host directive section of Web3 to Web1 httpd.conf file. There are some setting like these

DocumentRoot "/usr/local/apache/htdocs/guidelines"
# SM 22/02/2002 - Common access control
AuthType Basic
AuthName "RAC design - restricted access"
AuthUserFile /usr/local/rac/conf/.htpasswd
AuthGroupFile /usr/local/rac/conf/.htgroups
AllowOverride AuthConfig

Here guidelines is the name of our service which is running on Web3 server. And in .htpasswd&.htgroups file there are some names .

Do i need to just copy the setting of Web3 conf file, .htpasswd and .htgroups file, to Web1 in order to redirect the guideline service point to Web1???

Or i had to create another folder for this guideline service in Web1
