Runtime Reference

Hi All,
I'm trying to add a jar using a "runtime reference" and I'm not quite sure how this can be achieved. I've been told that it should be in an XML file somewhere in the tomcat dir.

I am developing a webapp that uses the SAP Java Connector jar. When I dump this jar into WEB-INF/lib the webapp works but as soon as I reload the webapp I get an error stating that the sapjcorfc.dll cannot be loaded into multiple classloaders. After posting this problem on the SAP forums I have discovered that I need to make a runtime reference from somewhere within tomcat.
Has anyone had to do this and if so can you post an example of what it should look like?
