Http 503 error this application does not exist?

Hai any one can help me .
In my application i am using tomcat and oracle server.In my application i am using log4j api for debug purpose its working fine some OS problem mechine crashed. so i reinstalled tomcate and jdk and my application was paste into webapps folder,now the application working fine. But WHEN ANY ONE SERVLET WILL CHANGED AND COMPILED AFTER THAT I CLICK ANY ONE PAGE IT SHOWS HTTP 503 ERROR THIS APPLICATION DOES NOT EXIST..
this is error i got from the server dos prompt .
