I have written timer application which calls the webapplication deployed in tomcat 5.5 in every two minutes. I could see the logged with exception as below. I am directly hitting the tomcat without an apache web server.

As far as i understood you are trying to use the object which is no longer available.

Thanks for the response. actually my application works fine without error. But i could see these error in tomcat logs . I couldn't find out what is causing this internal error in tomcat. If some body can throw a light on it . I would be happy

I solved the problem. Servlet while writing the response ,it was producing that error. Now that ,once I finish my business in servlet i have forwaded the response to a jsp page. This ended the problem.

It is sorta covered in the JavaRanch Style Guide.
