multiple hosts different drives

Hey guys -
I would like to have miltiple domains on my Tomcat installation being routed to via Isapi in IIS.
I have this all working great, but I would really like to have the main directory for the web apps for one of the domains on a different hard drive.
(shared server with all user web stuff on other drive sorted by username and would like web apps to go in those directories as well for organization and backup purposes.)

I did get that sort of working, but whenever it needed to look at a jar file it blew up claiming it couldn't find it(including the ones in the WEB-INF directory within that apps directory!)

so, if this is possible, what I really would like is an example server.xml host section showing this.

I have tried everything I can think of, but must admit that I do not totally understand all the items in the host section.

Thanks,
Chris
