problem with performance tomcat

Hi Their,

I am facing some problem while deploying my web application.

We have developed a web application using struts,and oracle9i as backend.
while development the application is working fine. when i tried to deploy it on diff network, it is still working but
with very slow performance. The execution of one query takes around 15 min and some time it gets timed out.

While development the tomcat server and the oracle server is on the same LAn but on diff machine.
and in the deployment site the tomcat server and the oracle server both are on the different LAN.
