its not a tomcat problem .its a JSP problem
so please try to find out or debug the problem in your JSP page.

Hi Ankur Srivastava ,

Thanks for your reply. But if it is Jsp problem means, how the jsp is compiled in second time when call that same file. Whenever i clear the logs in work/standalone/localhost. I got this exception.

class patha and environment variable are also given correctly.

With Regards
Devteam.

OP
Welcome to JavaRanch!

We're pleased to have you here with us in the Tomcat forum, but there
are a few rules that need to be followed, and one is that proper names are
required. Please take a look at the
JavaRanch Naming Policy and
adjust your display name to match it.

In particular, your display name must be a first and a last name separated by a space character, and must not be obviously fictitious.

You can change it here

Also, Tomcat doesn't use your classpath so it is irrelevant.
If you path environment variable were wrong Tomcat wouldn't have started.

I'm not sure why it would fail once and then succeed.
You probably won't be able to find much help with such an old version of Tomcat. Have you considered upgrading to a more recent release?
