Making a web service that works in IBM RAD work in Tomcat

I created a URL/Java Bean web service that works in RAD. I then tried to export the war file and import it in
, with the Tomcat administrator, and I could never make the webservice work..
Is there a configurtion issue here or is there anything special I should do to switch from RAD to Tomcat?
