Updating class files in tomcat?

hi

i am using elipse IDE and tomcat web container.but in my application if i made large number of changes to servlet or jsp (or anyfile)that is not updated in tomcat.to update the changes what i am doing now is createing a total new file(servlet or jsp)and then pasting the old file contents to the new file,this time the file will be updated properly.pls anyone help me regarding this
