Dowload Tomcat Plugin from eclipse 3.1.2

Can anyone suggest me some mirror sites for Sysdeo from where I can dowload tomcat plugin for eclipse 3.1.2

For some reasons the site "www.sysdeo.com" is down for couple of days.
