Hi Friends,

I am trying to install Apache and i want to make it ssl aware. My apache version is 2.2. Do i need to download any ssl software like Apache ssl or Mod_ssl?. Or Apache itself supports?.

Any one having the idea of this?. Please let me know.

Thanks
Ramesh

I would start with the online Apache httpd docs. The rock.

http://httpd.apache.org/docs/2.2/ssl/

My understanding is that the SSL module (v2) comes with the server. You will need a certificate. Again, httpd docs are very helpful.
