Configuring SSL on Tomcat 4.1.27

Hi,
I am using Tomcat 4.1.27 and with this xml tags for SSL

<Connector className="org.apache.coyote.tomcat4.CoyoteConnector" port="8443" minProcessors="5" maxProcessors="75" enableLookups="false" acceptCount="10" connectionTimeout="60000" debug="0" scheme="https" secure="true">
<Factory className="org.apache.coyote.tomcat4.CoyoteServerSocketFactory" clientAuth="false" protocol="TLS" />
</Connector>

I am trying to run SSL on tomcat. But i am unable to get it running. I am getting the following exception.

Exception during startup processing
java.lang.ClassNotFoundException: org.apache.catalina.startup.Catalina
        at org.apache.catalina.loader.StandardClassLoader.loadClass(StandardClas
sLoader.java:992)
        at org.apache.catalina.loader.StandardClassLoader.loadClass(StandardClas
sLoader.java:857)
        at org.apache.catalina.startup.Bootstrap.main(Bootstrap.java:176)

Now, if i remove that above mentioned SSL tags from server.xml the tomcat starts fine and i can see page on http://localhost:8080.

I am using Java 1.4 update 6.
