I am installed apache_2.2.3-win32-x86-no_ssl.msi, what is the url to run the server?

I assume you're talking about the Apache Web Server; a web server written in C. This forum is for Apache Tomcat; the application server written in Java.

You're free to ask questions about Apache Web Server here but I wouldn't expect a lot of help.
