How to config Error Message?

I have configure my IBM Webserver to IBM App Server, if my App server is down I am getting error message of 'Internal Server Error' and etc etc.
I need to change to this to custom error message. How to do this?

There aren't many rules that you need to worry about here on the Ranch, but one that we take very seriously regards the use of proper names. Please take a look at the
JavaRanch Naming Policy
adjust your display name
to match it.
In particular, your display name must be a first and a last name separated by a space character, and must not be obviously fictitious.

Use try catch blocks in your application and show custom error messages in your in catch block which you want show...
