Can we Change the Port Number.Where we change it(Ie,which Folder Location)

For Single Tomcat Instance, can we run 2 applications with 2 different Port Numbers?

The default non-secure port is 8080.
This can be changed in tomcat/conf/server.xml

Yes, you can run two instances of Tomcat.
You'll need to change the connector port and the Shutdown port in one of them to avoid conflicts.
