where can I find the admin package of Tomcat6 ?

Hello!
I downloaded the tomcat6 from apache website, but I can access the admin application when tomcat is running.
there are some tip as follows :
Tomcat's administration web application is no longer installed by default. Download and install the "admin" package to use it
where can I find it ?
