context files

I have two web application in my webapps(tomcat 5.x).Both appliocation are using same database.Currently i have two context files inside my tomcat/conf/Catalina/localhost corresponding to two web applications ,having the same content although file names are different.So my question is do I need two context files or one file will do?

Each app gets its own context fragment file.

Thanks for your information.
In my case i have two webapps and two context files inside conf/Catalina/localhost.
But as the content of two context files are same i.e same resource amd resource params,i want to know is it possible to have same jndi name in two web apps?
