Having problems with JSP and tomcat 6

I have tried download this version and do every thing according this page
http://www.coreservlets.com/Apache-Tomcat-Tutorial/
I have download the pre-configured version and the BAT file
this is my bat file look like - I have java in C:\Java\jdk1.6.0_02
Can some one please help me figure out what am I doing wrong?
