When I went through the TOC for the book, I found chapter 18 that says Embedded Tomcat. What is that short chapter meant for? Is that a new idea coming up like Tomcat for Embedded systems? Also how good will that chapter or the concept shape up with Tomcat?

Well I googled for my post and I found out answers that said, Embedded Tomcat means Tomcat Embedded in eclipse. Is that what your 18th chapter means...AUTHORS??

"Embedded" doesn't only refer to Tomcat in Eclipse.
Many vendors are packaging their products with an embedded copy of Tomcat.
This way the end user doesn't need to deal with a separate Tomcat install.
