Context root accessing

I had made a new folder of name "Acas" under Tomcat/Webapps directory.Under that i had made some jsp page and javaBean with the standard directory structured.Open a browser and trying to access Acas folder through tomcat manager. When i click on Acas folder under tomcat manager it gives the error that the requested source is not found.

Alternatively when i give the full path upto Acas folder/any jsp page,i am able to access it and the application works fine.

Can any one suggest as how to access any application through tomcat manager.

Does your Acas folder have a welcome file in it (index.html, index.jsp, etc..)?
