Syntax error in windows 98

I recieved following error
Out of environment space
The BASEDIR environment variable is not defined.
This environment variable needs to run this program
Ivalid switch
Out of environment space
Out of environment space
Out of environment space
Sytax error
Using CATALINA_HOME:c:\apache-tomcat-5.5.25
Using JRE_HOME:c:\Program Files\Java\jre1.5.0_14
Out of environment space
Out of environment space
Bad command or file name

This is the error which I recieved now please anybody tell me to solve the problem as soosn as possible
