I have one apache 2.2 front-end two jboss with tomcat. This apache is doing load balancing, SSL and cache static content , but is one point of failure.

I like add a new apache in front-end but then I will have several problems:

1) I will have 2 IP address How can I solve this?
2) Each apache server has his name and then the SSL Certificate is different.

It's possible mount 2 or more apache server as load balancer front-end ???

I need help.

You'll need a single point of entry somewhere.
Often times, this is done at the router level.
