IIS permission with Tomcat

We have IIS 6.0 with Tomcat 6 which has web application.I have created default site under IIS, in which I created Virtual Directory named jakarta.I have given the correct physical path of isapi_redirect.dll which is basically in c:\tomcat\bin\jk directory.
When I call the application:say http://x.y.z.w/myApp, I get the following error:
You are not authorized to view this page
You do not have permission to view this directory or page using the credentials that you supplied.
(I have also set Filter in virtual directory. The request first will be passed to filter.Filter(which points to DLL)will pass the request.DLL will pass the request to Tomcat)
Any solution?
