I need to look at the tomcat access logs (web-server access logs). I could not locate them easily.

Are access logs turned-off by default? Any pointers?

They're usually in the TOMCAT_HOME/logs directory, named localhost_access_log.2008-01-29.txt or something like that. If there aren't any, search the TOMCAT_HOME/config/server.xml file for "AccessLogValve". If it's commented out, comment it in and restart Tomcat.

I’ve looked at a lot of different solutions, and in my humble opinion Aspose is the way to go. Here’s the link: http://aspose.com
