Eclipse doesn't publish .jar files

Hi, I working with ecliplse 3.3.2 build M20080221-1800, tomcat 6.0.16

I have a dynamic web project, Eclipse publishes the class files ok, but the lib dir is systematically empty. Now I discovered that the jar files are published only if they are in a directory proyect/web/WEB-INF/lib. But my jars are everywhere, am I supposed to copy them into this directory? It isn't a way to tell eclipse that take the jars from my build path settings or so?

Thanks.
