When I am trying to load a data for a 5000 customers after 15 min I got the white screen. When checked the tomcat log the following exception has occured,
----- Root Cause -----
at org.apache.catalina.connector.ResponseBase.flushBuffer(
at org.apache.catalina.connector.HttpResponseBase.doFlushBuffer(
at org.apache.catalina.connector.HttpResponseBase.flushBuffer(
at org.apache.catalina.connector.ResponseBase.write(
at org.apache.catalina.connector.ResponseBase.write(
Some time I am getting the following exception
2008-06-18 09:23:38 Ajp13Processor[10207][4] Starting background thread
2008-06-18 10:25:52 Ajp13Processor[10207][2] process: IOException Broken pipe
2008-06-18 10:33:14 Ajp13Processor[10207][2] process: IOException Broken pipe

The same thing is working when I tried to load 1000 customers details.
Is it because of response time out in tomcat? If so can any one tell me how to setup the response time in tomcat?
I tried by changing the following entry(connectionTimeout) in server.xml but it did not work
acceptCount="100" debug="0" connectionTimeout="20000"
Please share your views on this. Thanks in advance

Is it because of response time out in tomcat?

Probably a timeout on the client browser side that closed the socket connection - what exactly does
load a data
