Hello Friend, Any body know how to use jsp Browser application for desktop application without using Tomcat server or JAVA. means making a setup like having java dll file or server file also. if it is possible so how we can do it.
Well, JSP stands for "Java Server Pages", so that's a prerequisite, as is a servlet container. It's possible to create a double-clickable desktop version of a web app by running an embedded servlet container, but Java would still be required.

I'm not quite sure what you're asking (maybe you can rephrase and elaborate?), but the http://faq.javaranch.com/java/TomcatFaq links to an article describing its use as an embedded desktop application server.
