error starting up 2nd instance of tomcat

I am getting an error starting my 2nd instance with the script i created... this is my error on my command line

> [root@balder312 ~]# tomcat5-test start
> In the config file
> Starting tomcat5-test: [ FAILED ]

and this is my catalina.out file...

this is the script i am using!! any ideas...PLEASE HELP!
