1) How to check Apache or Tomcat server on my computer ? If I want to edit Apache or Tomcat service on my computer, how can I do that ?

2) How to check IIS server on my computer ? What service shall I be looking for ?

3) How to define mime type in IIS server ?

Sounds like a candidate for transferral to the Apache forum. After you have got your questions sorted out there, another transfer might be in order.
