Configuring log4j in JBoss and Tomcat

We have an application deployed in the Tomcat that is bundled with JBoss-3.2.4. We have a log4j.jar file in the WEB-INF/lib directory of the application and a log4j.xml file for it.

We also have a service running on JBoss that is using JBoss's log4j.xml file.

How do we get these log4j files configured? It seems like we can either get JBoss's log4j working or Tomcat's but not both.

Any configuration help would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks,
Sara

I cannot quite remember how I did it but it seems you have to add an entry in log4j.xml file. When I get home tonight I will look at mine and see what I did.
