class loader problem

Hi friend,
Got struck with classloader problem. It is running fine in tomcat but not in JBoss3.2.3 . I am using castor to read xml file

Mapping mapping = new Mapping();
        URL url = getClass().getClassLoader().getResource(
            "com/bms/mapping.xml");
        mapping.loadMapping(url);
        System.out.println("mapping file loaded");
        Unmarshaller un = new Unmarshaller(mapping);
        WareHouseReceiptForm wrForm = (WareHouseReceiptForm) un.unmarshal(reader);
        System.out.println("Receipt objecte created");

My mapping.xml file is in com.bms package. When I am using the above codes in JBoss it is giving mapping exception. I assumed this is something related with classloader. Plz help me to correct this problem.
