This is the warning/error I'm getting every time the mysql process maxes out my server's CPU. I've searched and can't any answers to this problem. Granted, I am slightly unfamiliar with the inner workings of MySQL. Thanks for any help!
P.S. It's running on Linux under the default WebMin settings.
Your transaction is taking too long to complete... Maybe there is a deadlock (on the beans or on the database)... Verify the LockMonitor to see the contention on the beans... CAUTION: On some versions there is a bug, when a transaction time out the connection IS NOT returned to the pool... Just use the 3.2.6 version...
