Hi I am using Ecliips 3.0.1 + lomboz.301 With JBoss 3.2.3.
When i start JBoss from commandline (run.bat), it works well and the link http://MYHOST:8080/jmx-console/ works well.

When i do "Debug Server" (Start JBoss from Lomboz), the server starts well. But when i access the same "link http://MYHOST:8080/jmx-console/" after this it gives the following error in console..

org.apache.jasper.JasperException: Unable to compile class for JSP
An error occurred at line: -1 in the jsp file: null
Generated servlet error:
[javac] Compiling 1 source file
[javac] C:\Mine\Tech\Programs\jboss-3.2.3\server\default\work\MainEngine\localhost\jmx-console\displayMBeans_jsp.java:98: cannot access javax.management.ObjectName
[javac] file javax\management\ObjectName.class not found
[javac] String name = data[d].getObjectName().toString();
[javac] ^
[javac] Note: C:\Mine\Tech\Programs\jboss-3.2.3\server\default\work\MainEngine\localhost\jmx-console\displayMBeans_jsp.java uses or overrides a deprecated API.
[javac] Note: Recompile with -deprecation for details.
[javac] 1 error

at org.apache.jasper.compiler.DefaultErrorHandler.javacError(DefaultErrorHandler.java:130)
at org.apache.jasper.compiler.ErrorDispatcher.javacError(ErrorDispatcher.java:293)

Is it because of ClassLoaders ?. Any clue ?

Got the solution. jboss-jmx.jar was missing in the classpath. picked him up from ..\jboss-3.2.3\lib

It is sorta covered in the JavaRanch Style Guide.
