startup exceptions with jboss 4.0.1

Hi -

I was previously using Jboss 3.2.6 and now shifter to 4.0.1
I set my JBOSS_HOME and JAVA_HOME correctly.
When I start run.bat however, it have a huge stack trace of exceptions. I am not able to get the server starting without any exceptions so far. I hope some one can help me fix this. I have pasted a part of teh stack trace. Thanks for your time.
