Jboss 4.0 and Axis 1.2

Could anybody tell me how to install Axis 1.2 in JBoss 4.0? I know JBoss 4.0 has come with AXIS 1.1 installed. But for some interoperability issue, we need to install AXIS 1.2.

Should I just copy all the jar files in axis-1_2RC2\webapps\axis\WEB-INF\lib to jboss-4.0.1\server\default\lib? Will that conflict with the AXIS 1.1 which was already installed in JBoss 4.0?
