Unable to display home page

I am unable view any thing in Explorer when i am running jboss. Please help me out.

"Explorer"? Hmmm. Thats a bit vague. I'll assume you mean Internet Explorer? And I'll also assume you have written and deployed a web app which you are trying to see? Well if that is your problem, the URL for an app deployed under JBoss should be* http://localhost:8080/[appContext]/pageInApp.jsp. The appContext for JBoss is the name of the War file deployed - so myApp.war would be http://localhost:8080/myApp/helloWorld.jsp.

( * Assuming also you have not changed any of the defaults, and don't have anything remapping "localhost" - such as an entry in your hosts file, and that this was your question in the first place)
