Starting JBoss 4

I downloaded JBoss 4 and clicked run.bat then I get the following error
Can anyone tell me how to correct this

Please make sure that your JAVA_HOME environment variable is already set.

Also, make sure you don't install JBoss in a directory that contains spaces in the path.
I’ve looked at a lot of different solutions, and in my humble opinion Aspose is the way to go. Here’s the link:
