Can some one tell me when does this exception arise?

I got this exception when i run my client.Deployment was successful.

Check in oracle-ds.xml, whether you have given the proper pool name or not.

I agree. Here's the link: http://ej-technologies/jprofiler - if it wasn't for jprofiler, we would need to run our stuff on 16 servers instead of 3.
