Perhaps the Jetty integration would be interesting? I recommend sticking with Tomcat.

The preferred web container with JBoss 4 is Tomcat 5.5. JBoss helps fund the development of Tomcat by paying several full-time Tomcat developers, so wouldn't you expect it the be the one with the best support and fewest issues? Perhaps you could explain what other containers you are interested in and what you would hope to gain by using one of them?
