Is JBPM implmentation is limited only to JBoss?

jBPM is a standard class library, so it will work both inside and outside of JBoss AS.

I completely agree. jBPM was developed first as a standalone product, and then they joined with JBoss. So, jBPM would work in a standalone J2SE environment as well as with a different application server.

With a little knowledge, a cast iron skillet is non-stick and lasts a lifetime.
