I need a guidance in JBoss clustering version 4.0.x... I did not find document so far in this regard... Can you help me?

There really isn't a lot of documentation out there.
Check the JBoss Wiki - http://www.jboss.com/wiki/Wiki.jsp

But even that isn't enought to go on. I would recommend taking the JBoss Admin course to learn about clustering.
