How do I authenticate the user of JBoss App server while doing a deployment on remote machine from command prompt. I know JBoss supports Hot deployment and I've tried that on local machine that deployment scanner picks up the latest changes of the ear file.
I know weblogic where I can use the foll command:
java weblogic.Admin -url http://CO-Bank:8000 -username weblogic -password weblogic FORCESHUTDOWN COBANKManagedServer.
I can just replace my existing ear on remote server (which has shared deploy folder) but I'm sure we need to put in some validation (production mode) from command line when doing it on remote machine.
Don't get me started about those stupid light bulbs.
