I tried to play the game, but just got the "Gettin your house ready" message flash for a second, then the applet went blank, and nothing else happened. I'm using Netscape 4.08 through a firewall, don't know if that makes a difference. Anyone know what's going on?
That's a new one. I'm gonna guess that your Netscape was on the verge of going stupid. Try rebooting your computer and see if that helps.

I rebooted, and it still didn't work. I also have IE 5.0 on my system, and when I used that, it worked fine, so maybe the applet just doesn't like Netscape 4.08?
That applet is pretty old. I would think it would love Netscape 4.08. What o/s are you running?

I noticed some of the questions only list answers and no questions.

Paul: I'm running Windows 98 on a fairly new Dell system. It's kinda strange, when I try to play the game through Netscape, it looks like it loaded, and when I put my mouse over where it's supposed to be, it says the applet is running, but noting shows up on the screen.
Some of the newer browsers have refresh problems. Try minimizing your window and bringing it back up. This is something that can be fixed with code, but the game was written before browsers started having this problem. We'll fix it in the next version.
