about .sar file in JBoss

Hi,

I have following requirement to be met in JBoss:
1. I want to start a job which will keep on checking for condition
2.The moment condition is true; it will write message to IP address

I dont know how to rite code for both points.

Is here anybody know how to do this using JBoss? My Boss told me that this can be done using JBoss MBean & SAR file.But not getting it how? Any idea? Please help..Its urgent..
