Error while starting JBoss

Iam getting following error while starting Jboss from eclipse. can you please clarify it.

It looks like dom4j is missing from JBoss's classpath. It is packaged with JBoss, so its possibly some funny class loader issue. Can you run JBoss outside eclipse?

Yes. I am able to load the JBoss outside eclipse without any problem
