classpath issue?

I am trying to setup an application /usr/local/jboss-4.0.2/server/default, but when I run the my startup script, I get this error:

I was running this EAR under Eclipse just fine, but now that I am trying to run it standalone I am having tons of config issues. Am I missing a jar somewhere? As far as I can tell, all is getting populated properly.

Have you create security domains in the login-config.xml file? and maybe forgot a closing tag?

I see this in your stack trace that led me to ask those questions.
