This week's book giveaway is in the Java in General forum. We're giving away four copies of Think Java: How to Think Like a Computer Scientist and have Allen B. Downey & Chris Mayfield on-line! See this thread for details.
Since JBoss 4.2.1 doesn't support "appBase" attribute in "Host" element, I am wondering if there is any way to specify a web app's context path to a certain IP address? So a web app can only be accessed through certain IP address instead of all IPs for the server.
While starting JBoss, you can specify the IP address to which the services are bound. Something like:
You can then access the server with this IP address. However i am not sure (rather haven't tried) to see whether this prevents access to the server, when accessing it using its other IP address. [ July 24, 2007: Message edited by: Jaikiran Pai ]
