I am running JBoss-4.2.2GA on winXP but getting error like this

I follow this commands
c:\jbossinstalldir\JBoss-4.2.2\bin\run
It gives error findstr is not internal or external command from run.bat file. I found the lines which gives errors are here...

rem Add -server to the JVM options, if supported
"%JAVA%" -version 2>&1 | findstr /I hotspot > nul
if not errorlevel == 1 (set JAVA_OPTS=%JAVA_OPTS% -server)

I tried to remove that lines but JBoss is not proceding.
